Rick Stevens is a teenager determined to win the affection of Nina Pennington. To achieve his goal, he must navigate a series of chaotic obstacles and eccentric personalities, including the mother of his best friend, a strip club owner, and members of the mob. His efforts to pursue the girl of his dreams lead him through a series of complications involving his own family and various local figures.
