White God

A thirteen-year-old girl named Lili struggles to protect her mixed-breed dog, Hagen, after moving in with her father. Due to laws that penalize owners of non-purebred dogs, her father abandons the animal on the streets. While Lili searches for her pet, Hagen endures a series of hardships and discovers the cruelty of humans. After being captured and sent to a shelter, Hagen leads a violent uprising of dogs against their oppressors. The conflict escalates into a war between the two species that only Lili may be able to stop.
