Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F

Axel Foley, a Detroit police detective, heads back to Beverly Hills four decades after his first case there. He becomes involved in a new investigation in the wealthy California city, where his usual methods of solving crimes and causing upheaval come into play. The script was written by Will Beall, Tom Gormican and Kevin Etten, with Mark Molloy directing.

Eddie Murphy returns as Axel Foley, joined by Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Detective Bobby Abbott and Taylour Paige as Jane Saunders. Judge Reinhold, John Ashton and Paul Reiser reprise their roles as Billy Rosewood, Chief John Taggart and Jeffrey. The film is the fourth in the Beverly Hills Cop series, following the 1984 original, its 1987 sequel and the 1994 third installment. It is Molloy's first feature film as director and was produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and Murphy.

Made for a budget of 150 million dollars, the film runs 118 minutes.
