Lucinda Price is a seventeen-year-old girl sent to the Sword and Cross reform school after being accused of a crime involving the death of a boy. While attending the institution, she feels an inexplicable connection to two mysterious students, Cam and Daniel. As she explores these relationships, she discovers that the young men are actually fallen angels who have been competing for her affection over many centuries. Lucinda must navigate her feelings for them while uncovering secrets about her own past.
