Naked Alibi

Al Willis is a respected man whose life spirals after he attacks police officers during a murder interrogation. When a lieutenant is killed shortly after, Chief Joe Conroy becomes obsessed with proving Willis is the murderer. Despite a lack of evidence, Conroy pursues the suspect with a brutality that eventually leads to his own dismissal from the force. The conflict moves to a town on the Mexican border, where Willis hides out with a cabaret singer named Marianna. The tension rises as Marianna attempts to manipulate Conroy to protect her lover, leading to a volatile rivalry between the two men.

This 1954 crime thriller was produced by Universal International Pictures and written by Lawrence Roman.
