Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast

Fawn, the animal fairy, has always been willing to bend the rules when a creature needs her help. When a huge, mysterious beast appears near Pixie Hollow, Fawn befriends it while the other fairies grow alarmed. Tinker Bell and her friends are not sure the newcomer is harmless, and the scout fairies, led by Nyx, set out to capture the creature before it can harm their home. Fawn believes the beast means no harm and tries to persuade the other fairies to help her protect it rather than hunt it down.

The film is an American animated family adventure from DisneyToon Studios, released in December 2014 and running seventy-seven minutes. It was directed by Steve Loter, whose earlier feature credits, in order, were Tarzan & Jane in 2002 and Kim Possible Movie: So the Drama in 2005, with this film following in 2014. The screenplay was written by Kate Kondell, Mark McCorkle and Bob Schooley, and Makul Wigert produced. The voice cast includes Ginnifer Goodwin as Fawn, Mae Whitman as Tinker Bell, Rosario Dawson as Nyx, Lucy Liu as Silvermist, Raven-Symoné as Iridessa and Megan Hilty as Rosetta.

The film took about 32 million dollars worldwide. On IMDb it holds 7.1 out of 10 from roughly 12,000 votes, and on TMDB 7.4 out of 10 from about 1,200 votes, indicating a generally favorable response from viewers rather than a broad theatrical phenomenon.
