The Atticus Institute

Set in the early 1970s, this horror film follows Dr. Henry West, who established the Atticus Institute to research individuals with paranormal abilities, such as telepathy and telekinesis. While the facility has encountered various notable cases, the arrival of Judith Winstead presents an unprecedented challenge. Her extraordinary powers attract the interest of the United States military, which takes control of the research to attempt to weaponize her abilities. As experiments progress, the researchers discover that Judith is influenced by dangerous, malevolent forces that prove impossible for the military to contain.
