Shangri-La Suite

Set in 1974, this crime drama follows Karen and Jack, a couple who fall in love while staying at a psychiatric hospital. After escaping the facility, they travel to Los Angeles so Jack can fulfill his perceived destiny of killing Elvis Presley. As they make their way toward the city, the pair leaves a trail of deaths behind them while being pursued by the police, a situation that puts a strain on their romantic relationship.

The film was directed by Eddie O'Keefe, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Chris Hutton. The cast features Emily Browning as Karen Bird and Luke Grimes as Jack Blueblood, alongside Avan Jogia, Ashley Greene, Burt Reynolds, and John Carroll Lynch. The production was a collaboration between several American companies, including Anonymous Content, Bona Fide Productions, Bow + Arrow Entertainment, and Haven Entertainment.
