Ghosthunters: On Icy Trails

A timid eleven-year-old boy named Tom forms an unlikely friendship with Hugo, a friendly and slimy ghost he discovers in his basement. Hugo was forced to flee his home by an ancient ice spirit, a malevolent entity that now threatens to plunge the entire town into a permanent freeze. To stop the creature and help Hugo return home, the pair teams up with Hetty, a professional ghosthunter. Together, the trio must overcome their own fears and obstacles to defeat the spirit before it is too late.

Directed by Tobi Baumann, this family fantasy comedy is a co-production between Germany, Austria, and Ireland. The film stars Milo Parker as Tom, Anke Engelke as Hedwig Kümmelsaft, and Bastian Pastewka, who provides the voice for Hugo.
