Belle and Sebastian: The Adventure Continues

Set in September 1945, this adventure film follows a ten-year-old boy named Sebastian and his dog, Belle, in a French mountain village. As the community celebrates the end of the war, Sebastian eagerly awaits the return of Angelina. When her plane crashes in the Alpine forests, most people lose hope, but Sebastian remains convinced she survived. With the help of his grandfather, César, and a pilot named Pierre, the boy and his dog venture into the dangerous wilderness to find her, encountering various trials and a life-changing secret along the way.

The film was directed by Christian Duguay and is the 11th of 13 films he directed, following Jappeloup and preceding A Bag of Marbles.
