Anguish

Tess is a teenager who struggles with a diagnosed psychological disorder. After moving to a quiet town with her mother to start over, she begins experiencing visions of Lucy, a girl killed in a road accident. As this spirit begins to take over her mind and body, Tess and her mother are forced to seek help through both medical and religious means. This conflict leads them to Sarah, Lucy's grieving mother, while Tess must decide whether to fight the possession or give in to it.

Written and directed by Sonny Mallhi, this horror film was the first of two listed directorial works, preceding Family Blood. The cast features Ryan Simpkins as Tess, Annika Marks as Jessica, Karina Logue as Sarah, and Amberley Gridley as Lucy, with Ryan O'Nan appearing as Father Meyers.
