In Her Name

In Her Name follows André Bamberski, who discovers that his fourteen-year-old daughter, Kalinka, died while vacationing with her mother and stepfather in Germany in 1982. Distrusting the official account and a questionable autopsy, Bamberski becomes convinced that her stepfather, Dr. Dieter Krombach, is responsible for her death. After failing to secure an indictment in Germany, he spends twenty-seven years fighting to bring the case to a French court, making the pursuit of justice for his daughter the central obsession of his life.
