Rabid

Rose is a reserved woman working in the fashion industry who dreams of becoming a designer. After an accident leaves her face severely disfigured, she agrees to an experimental stem cell treatment. While the procedure makes her more beautiful and confident than before, it introduces a dangerous side effect. Rose becomes a carrier of a virus that causes those she infects to become violent and murderous.

This Canadian horror and science fiction film was directed by Jen Soska and Sylvia Soska. It is a remake of a 1977 film and follows their previous directorial efforts, American Mary, See No Evil 2, and Vendetta, appearing before Festival of the Living Dead.
