Tokyo Mighty Guy

After returning from France, a young chef named Jiro opens a restaurant in the Ginza district. His talent in the kitchen and charismatic personality attract many women, but they also lead him into various conflicts. While managing his business, Jiro becomes entangled in a political scandal involving his girlfriend's company and a controversial political figure.

This action comedy was produced by Nikkatsu Corporation and written by Tsuyoshi Ishigôoka. It was directed by Buichi Saitō, marking the ninth of 40 films in his career, following The Rambler in the Sunset and preceding Return of the Vagabond. The film stars Akira Kobayashi as Jirô Shimizu, alongside Ruriko Asaoka, Sanae Nakahara, Arihiro Fujimura, Hiroshi Kondō, and Shoichi Ozawa.
