The Perfect Weapon

Set in a near future, this action thriller depicts a totalitarian society controlled by a leader known as The Director. The state employs secret assassins to eliminate its enemies, the most skilled of whom is an operative called Condor. After failing to kill an opposition leader during his latest mission, Condor becomes a target of the government agency he once served. His attempt to survive the hunt triggers a series of events with unexpected consequences for the state.

The film was directed by Titus Paar and marks the first of two films he has directed, followed by We Are Metal Dragon in 2026. The screenplay was written by Paar along with Alex Brenner and Ulysses Oliver. The cast features Johnny Messner as Condor and Steven Seagal as The Director, supported by Sasha Jackson, Richard Tyson, Sandra Yap, and Philip Fornah. Produced by a collaboration of companies from Spain, the United States, and Sweden, the movie had a budget of 2 million USD.
