Emilie is an ambitious human resources manager at a large French food corporation, valued by her superiors for her ability to persuade employees to resign. Her professional detachment is challenged when a colleague commits suicide in her presence. As a labor inspector launches an investigation, Emilie finds herself caught between her traumatized coworkers and a corporate hierarchy attempting to shift the blame onto her. She must decide whether to remain loyal to the company or protect herself.
This drama and thriller marks the feature film debut of director Nicolas Silhol, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Nicolas Fleureau.
