Steel Rain

An elite North Korean agent flees to the south during a coup, bringing the country's severely injured leader with him. To prevent a war on the Korean Peninsula and keep the leader alive, the agent must reluctantly collaborate with South Korean officials while being hunted by operatives from his own country.

Directed by Yang Woo-seok, this action thriller is the second film in his directorial timeline, following The Attorney and preceding Steel Rain 2: Summit and About Family. The screenplay was written by Yang Woo-seok and Jeong Ha-yong.
