Kiss and Cry

This romantic drama follows the true story of Carley Allison, a talented singer and figure skater. At eighteen, she faces a significant conflict when she is diagnosed with an extremely rare form of sarcoma. Supported by her family and her boyfriend, John, Carley fights the illness and uses her music to find strength and resilience.

The Canadian TV movie was directed by Sean Cisterna, following his 2015 film Full Out. The screenplay was written by Willem Wennekers and produced by Jeff Deverett. Sarah Fisher stars as Carley Allison, appearing alongside Luke Bilyk, Chantal Kreviazuk, Sergio Di Zio, Zoë Belkin, and Brittany Bristow.

Since its release in 2017, the film has maintained positive audience scores. It holds a rating of 6.7/10 on IMDb based on 3,300 votes and a higher score of 7.3/10 on TMDB from 418 votes.
