Triple Threat

Three mercenaries who have fallen on hard times find themselves guarding a billionaire's daughter after a crime syndicate puts a price on her head. She intends to spend her fortune on developing her region, which would end the syndicate's criminal operations, so a squad of professional killers is sent to stop her. Outnumbered and out of practice, her protectors must hold off the assassins before they reach their target.

The film is directed by Jesse V. Johnson, the tenth of the nineteen features he has directed in chronological order, following Avengement and preceding The Mercenary. Joey O'Bryan, Paul Staheli and Fangjin Song wrote the screenplay, and Gary Hamilton, Elliot Tong and Mike Gabrawy produced. Tony Jaa, Tiger Hu Chen and Iko Uwais play the three men protecting the heiress, while Scott Adkins, Michael Jai White and Michael Bisping appear among the attackers. Twenty-four cast members are credited. It was made for 10 million dollars and released in March 2019.
