Short description
Set in the North Tower of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, this drama and thriller follows five strangers trapped together in an elevator. Despite their different backgrounds and personalities, the group must cooperate and maintain hope as they attempt to escape the building during the terrorist attacks.
The film was directed by Martin Guigui, marking his second directorial effort after Cattle Call. He also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Patrick Carson and Steven James Golebiowski. The cast features Charlie Sheen, Whoopi Goldberg, Luis Guzmán, Gina Gershon, Wood Harris, and Bruce Davison. Produced by companies including Sprockefeller Pictures and Black Bear Studios in Canada and the United States, the project had a budget of 6 million USD.

What's left behind the scenes
- The story about the elevator and people trapped inside is a product of imagination. Nothing like that happened during the September 11, 2001 tragedy. In reality, several people were trapped in an elevator cabin, but they quickly broke through the drywall and escaped, as it turned out, into a bathroom, after which they immediately rushed to the building's exit. A few more people were locked in an elevator on the second floor of one of the buildings. They were rescued and managed to get outside before the buildings collapsed. The dramatic story mentioned in the film was invented by its authors.
