The Last Warrior

Set in Eastern Europe during a transitional era between civilizations, the story follows the decline of the Scythians. While most of these warriors have vanished, some descendants have become ruthless mercenaries. Lutobor, a soldier caught in intertribal conflicts, embarks on a dangerous journey across the wilderness to rescue his family. He is forced to rely on a captive Scythian, an enemy who serves as his guide toward the final stronghold of the Scythian people.

Directed by Rustam Mosafir, this was the first of two films he directed, followed by King & Jester: Forever in 2026. The screenplay was written by Mosafir and Vadim Golovanov. The film stars Aleksey Faddeev as Lutobor, alongside Vitaly Kravchenko, Aleksandr Kuznetsov, and Vasilisa Izmaylova.

Produced by CTB Film Company, the production had a budget of 150 million USD, though it earned only 1 million USD at the worldwide box office. Audience reception is mixed, with the film holding a rating of 6.2/10 based on 3,000 votes on IMDb and a 5.8/10 rating from 132 votes on TMDB.
