Marcus is a CIA agent operating undercover in Detroit to eliminate an arms dealer and the financier supporting him. After an attack occurs during a money transfer, Marcus and the targeted individuals end up in a hospital. While there, Marcus must defend against a series of assassination attempts led by his own team and a former protege who wants the money. The conflict escalates into a fight for survival within the medical facility and a hedge fund vault.
Directed by Giorgio Serafini, this was the first of three films he directed, followed by Ambushed and Men and Other Inconveniences. The cast features Wesley Snipes as Agent Marcus, Gary Daniels as Zander, Robert Davi as Smith, and Zoë Bell as Floria, with Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor and Quinn Duffy also appearing in the main roles. The production involved 51 crew members and 24 credited cast members.
The film was produced by several companies, including Voltage Pictures and Arramis Films, with a budget of 13 million USD. It received a lukewarm reception from audiences, earning a 4.7/10 rating on IMDb from 7,300 votes and a 4.9/10 rating on TMDB from 155 votes.
