As Green As It Gets

Georg Kempter is a reserved gardener in a small Bavarian town whose nursery is on the verge of bankruptcy. He struggles with a distant relationship with his daughter and a marriage that has lost its spark. His only source of freedom is flying his old biplane. When a golf course owner refuses to pay him over a dispute regarding the color of the grass, Georg faces total financial ruin. To prevent his aircraft from being seized, he takes off on an unplanned journey to unknown locations, meeting unusual people and emotionally opening up along the way.
