Code Blue: The Movie

Four young doctors work within a specialized medical system that uses helicopters to deliver urgent care to patients in the field. As they face traumatic emergencies and navigate their own professional ambitions, they deal with the fragility of human life. The plot focuses on their personal and professional growth while they respond to simultaneous disasters occurring in the air and at sea.

Directed by Masaki Nishiura, this Japanese action drama follows his 2015 film AnoHana: The Flower We Saw That Day and precedes Run for Money: Tokyo Mission from 2024. The screenplay was written by Naoko Adachi and produced by Wakamatsu Hiroki. The main cast includes Tomohisa Yamashita, Yui Aragaki, Erika Toda, Manami Higa, Yōsuke Asari, and Kippei Shiina.
