Disciples of the 36th Chamber

Fong Sai-yuk is a rebellious young man whose impulsive nature and martial arts skills frequently lead to conflict with Manchu officials in China. To protect him from legal trouble, his mother sends him and his brothers to the Shaolin Temple. Under the guidance of the monk San Te, Fong struggles to follow the rules of the monastery and continues his defiant behavior. His actions eventually draw the attention of a Manchu governor, who seeks to uncover the secret techniques of the Shaolin. San Te works to protect the temple and the young students from these corrupt forces.
