Red Notice

Red Notice is an action comedy about an FBI profiler who finds himself working alongside a rival art thief after a brazen robbery draws the attention of international law enforcement. The pair set out to catch a notorious and elusive female criminal known as the Bishop, though their partnership is uneasy and the chase rarely goes as planned. The film was directed and written by Rawson Marshall Thurber and produced by Beau Flynn, Dwayne Johnson and Thurber. It is Thurber's fifth feature as director, following DodgeBall: A True Underdog Story, We're the Millers, Central Intelligence and Skyscraper. Dwayne Johnson stars as John Hartley, with Ryan Reynolds as Nolan Booth and Gal Gadot as Sarah Black, also known as the Bishop. Ritu Arya, Chris Diamantopoulos and Ivan Mbakop appear in supporting roles.

Released in November 2021, the film runs 118 minutes and was produced in the United States by Seven Bucks Productions, Flynn Picture Company and Bad Version, with a budget of 160 million dollars. Audience response has been moderate: it holds a rating of 6.3 out of 10 on IMDb from around 352,000 votes and 6.7 out of 10 on TMDB from more than 6,600 votes. Critics were less enthusiastic, giving it 4.9 out of 10 across 175 reviews, noticeably below the audience scores. With 34 credited cast members and 126 credited crew, it is a large-scale production built around its three leads.
