The Day We Will

The Day We Will is a Sri Lankan romantic drama centered on the relationship between Vimukthi and Parami. After recognizing a deep connection between them, the couple faces intense opposition from Vimukthi’s family. Because of Parami's social status and caste, his relatives refuse to accept her as a daughter-in-law. This conflict eventually leads the pair to share a final, emotional train journey together as they deal with the tension of their forced separation.
