Set in Mumbai, this drama follows the developing relationship between Ashwin, a man from a wealthy family, and Ratna, a young widow who works as his domestic helper. While Ashwin struggles with a cancelled engagement and a sense of emptiness, Ratna is driven by her ambition to become a fashion designer. As they find common ground and fall in love, they must navigate the rigid social hierarchies and expectations of their environment that separate an employer from a servant.

The film was written and directed by Rohena Gera, who also served as a producer alongside Brice Poisson. It stars Tillotama Shome as Ratna and Vivek Gomber as Ashwin, with supporting performances by Geetanjali Kulkarni, Rahul Vohra, Divya Seth Shah, and Chandrchoor Rai. A joint production between India and France, the movie has a runtime of 99 minutes.
