An undercover police officer teams up with a former member of a drug cartel to identify and capture a mysterious kingpin. Driven by a desire for revenge following a personal tragedy, the informant agrees to help the authorities infiltrate one of the largest narcotics networks in Asia. Together, the duo works to uncover the true identity of the elusive leader and dismantle the organization from within.

Directed by Lee Hae-young, this action crime thriller is the second film in the director's career, following The Silenced and preceding Phantom.
