Short description

An undercover police officer becomes entangled with a heroin trafficking ring after a former member of the drug trade leaves a five-year-old girl in his care. The officer, who is mourning the loss of his own family, must protect the child from a ruthless crime boss seeking a hidden shipment of drugs. He is aided in this conflict by a priest and former special agent.
