Arabella is a fashion designer struggling for success who finds employment as a personal shopper for Marylin, an accomplished writer of erotic novels. While secretly trying on her employer's luxury clothes, Arabella discovers Marylin having an affair with a man who is not her spouse. This discovery leads Arabella to repeatedly watch Marylin's various romantic encounters in secret. When Marylin eventually catches her, she reveals she was aware of the voyeurism all along. The two women begin a passionate relationship of their own, but they are soon threatened by an individual determined to end their affair.
