Rising High

Rising High follows the rapid ascent and subsequent collapse of Viktor Steiner, Gerry Falkland, and Nicole Kleber. The trio utilizes an illegal financing system to accumulate vast wealth through the real estate market in a short period. Their success eventually leads them into a destructive cycle of greed, narcotics, and fraud, forcing them to confront their priorities as they lose touch with reality.
