Made in Italy

Liam Neeson plays Robert, a bohemian London artist who travels to Italy with his estranged son Jack, played by Micheál Richardson. The two intend to sell a house they inherited from Robert's late wife, but the property in Tuscany is in poor condition, and the repairs keep them there longer than planned. Jack, whose marriage is falling apart, needs the money the sale would bring; Robert has been distant from his son for years. Time spent together in Italy forces them to confront the differences that have kept them apart.

The film is a comedy-drama directed and written by James D'Arcy, marking his debut behind the camera after a career as an actor, with Pippa Cross and Sam Tipper-Hale producing. The cast includes Valeria Bilello, Lindsay Duncan and Marco Quaglia. It runs 94 minutes and was made as a British-Italian production.
