Frost Giant

A research team travels to frozen waters to locate a ship that vanished during a nineteenth-century expedition. While searching for the wreckage, the explorers accidentally awaken an alien creature that had been trapped in the ice for two hundred years. The group must face the entity as it begins hunting them to regain its strength.

The film was directed by Víctor García, who also directed Mirrors 2 in the same year. It is one of seven films in his career, following titles such as The Cycle and Return to House on Haunted Hill. The screenplay was written by Rafael Jordan, and the production involved companies from Bulgaria and the United States. The cast includes Dean Cain, Erbi Ago, Velizar Binev, Lucy Brown, Louisa Clein, and Laia Gonzàlez.
