Expect the Unexpected

A group of inexperienced criminals from the mainland fail during a jewelry store robbery, leading to a violent shootout. In Hong Kong, an elite police squad led by Ken and Sam investigates the crime. The officers find themselves caught between the bumbling amateurs and a separate group of ruthless, dangerous killers operating in the same area. As the team attempts to restore order, they must rely on their training to survive the encounter with the more professional criminals.

The film was directed by Patrick Yau Tat-Chi, who also directed The Longest Nite in 1998.
