In for a Murder

A stay-at-home mother with a passion for crime novels begins investigating the murder of a woman. Her curiosity is piqued by a piece of jewelry on the victim that resembles one owned by a friend who vanished years earlier. Despite the skepticism of a police officer and old acquaintance who believes the case is already closed, she continues her search for answers. Her efforts lead her to uncover hidden secrets among the local residents and uncover corruption within the town's political sphere.

Directed by Piotr Mularuk, who also co-wrote the screenplay and served as a producer, this Polish production blends comedy, crime, and science fiction.
