Tera

A confectionery factory worker named Lyuba loses contact with her son while he is stationed in a conflict zone. Driven by the need for answers, she travels into unfamiliar territory to find him. This Ukrainian drama explores a mother's struggle and determination amidst the backdrop of war.

Written and directed by Nikon Romanchenko, Tera was the first of two films he directed in 2018. The lead role of Lyuba is played by Natalka Polovynka. The project was produced by the Ukrainian State Film Agency, Contemporary Ukrainian Cinema, and VIATEL. It has a runtime of 70 minutes.
