Under the Boardwalk

Set during the final weekend of summer in California, this romantic comedy follows the tension between two rival surfing groups, the Vals and the Lowks. As both gangs compete for a trophy in an upcoming surf contest, a conflict arises when Nick, a member of the Vals, falls in love with Allie. The situation worsens when Allie's brother and leader of the Lowks, Reef Yorpin, discovers the relationship. The two teenagers must navigate their feelings while facing the expectations of their respective friends and the hostility between their circles.

Directed by Fritz Kiersch, the film followed his previous works Children of the Corn, Tuff Turf, and Gor.
