Nakhimov Residents

Twin brothers struggle against their father's expectations in this family film. Born into a lineage of military sailors, the boys are pushed by their father, a sea captain, to graduate from the Nakhimov school and maintain the family tradition. However, the teenagers prefer entertainment and financial gain over a disciplined naval career. Their desire for easy money leads them to associate with a local youth gang, creating a dangerous situation that threatens their future and their family honor.

Directed by Oleg Shtrom and produced by KARO-Production in Russia, Nakhimov Residents was released on July 28, 2022. The screenplay was written by a team consisting of Kirill Kondratov, Maxim Aksenov, and Viktor Melnikov. The film has a runtime of 87 minutes and was produced by Yury Obukhov and Aleksey Ryazantsev.
