During a global health crisis, an eighteen-year-old girl lives in isolation, interacting with the outside world primarily through social media. She becomes fascinated by a mysterious online influencer named Patricia Coma. Through the guidance of this vlogger and the use of a specific device, the teenager discovers she can bring others into her dreams and nightmares. As she navigates these experiences, the distinction between her actual reality and her subconscious fantasies begins to disappear, leading her to question her own free will.

This French drama and fantasy film was written and directed by Bertrand Bonello, who also served as a producer alongside Justin Taurand.
