Written and directed by Dominik Sedlar, the film is the second project in his career, following Basketball Mozart and preceding Vindicta. A joint production between the United States and Croatia through Croatia Film and A Quiet Storm Productions, the movie stars Caspar Phillipson as Josip Broz Tito and Dylan Turner as Alojzije Stepinac.
