Totally Killer

Jamie Hughes is a teenager whose mother, Pam, has spent years recounting stories about a masked serial killer who terrorized their town in the 1980s. When that same killer resurfaces decades later, Jamie accidentally finds herself thrown back in time to 1987, where she must convince the younger version of her mother and her friends of the danger they are in. Together they set out to stop the murderer before he can claim the victims he took the first time around.

Totally Killer is a comedy horror and science fiction film from the United States, released in 2023 and running 104 minutes. It was directed by Nahnatchka Khan, following her 2019 film Always Be My Maybe, and written by David M. Matalon, Jen D'Angelo and Sasha Perl-Raver. The cast includes Kiernan Shipka as Jamie, along with Olivia Holt, Troy Leigh-Anne Johnson, Lochlyn Munro, Charlie Gillespie and Kelcey Mawema, among 37 credited performers.

The film carries an IMDb rating of 6.5 from 68,000 votes and a TMDB rating of 6.8 from 1,175 votes, with a critics' rating of 6.5 from 110 reviews, placing critical and audience responses close together.
