Rest Stop

An aspiring actress and her boyfriend are traveling from Texas to Los Angeles when they stop at a roadside rest area. After a brief absence, the woman returns to find her partner and their vehicle missing. She soon becomes the target of a sadistic killer who drives a yellow truck and uses various tools to torture his victims. Throughout the night, she must attempt to rescue her boyfriend and survive the encounter while facing unsettling occurrences at the stop.

The horror thriller was written and directed by John Shiban. The film stars Jaimie Alexander as Nicole Carrow and Joey Mendicino as Jess Hilts, with additional roles played by Deanna Russo, Diane Salinger, Curtis Taylor, and Joey Lawrence. It was produced by Tony Krantz, Reece Pearson, and Daniel Myrick through production companies Flame Ventures, Papazian-Hirsch Entertainment International, and Raw Feed.
