During a lavish annual gala for a prominent charity foundation, the chief financial officer unexpectedly dies by hanging on stage. This tragedy coincides with reports of 200 million dollars in missing donations, sparking widespread public interest and suspicion. To uncover the truth behind the organization's financial dealings and the circumstances of the death, a lawyer named Ma Ying Fung and a police officer named Or Ting Bong form an unlikely partnership. Together, they investigate a network of corruption and deceit hidden behind the foundation's public image.
