Time for Him to Come Home for Christmas

Four days before Christmas, Elizabeth Athens gets a voicemail left for someone else. A stranger is making one last appeal to the woman he loves, asking her for another chance and hoping to meet her again on Christmas Eve. Elizabeth never expected to be pulled into a situation like this, but she decides to track down the intended recipient and pass the message on. With help from Josh, an old friend she had lost touch with, she follows the few clues she has, and the search gradually brings the two of them closer while stirring up things from their own past.

The film is a holiday television romance directed by David Winning, written by Marcy Holland and produced by Navid Soofi. It belongs to a loose series of Christmas titles from Winning that began with Time for Me to Come Home for Christmas in 2018 and continued with Time for Us to Come Home for Christmas in 2020. Tyler Hynes plays Josh and Holland Roden plays Elizabeth, with Steve Bacic, Brent Stait, Karen Kruper and Jay Hindle among the credited cast of twenty-one.
