Re-Kill

Five years after an outbreak turned much of the population into reanimated killers, humanity has regained a fragile hold. The R-Division, a special police unit, patrols the quarantine zones where the remaining creatures are held, tracking them down and destroying them before another wave can begin. When a routine operation uncovers something unexpected among the infected, the unit is forced to confront the possibility that the outbreak is not over.

This American horror and science fiction film was directed by Valeri Milev, whose earlier feature was Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort and who later directed Kill 'em All 2, and by Michael Hurst, who directed House of the Dead 2 and Room 6. Hurst also wrote the screenplay. Roger Cross leads the cast as Sarge, alongside Bruce Payne, Scott Adkins, Daniella Alonso, Jesse Garcia and Dimiter Doichinov, with twenty credited cast members and forty-six credited crew. It was produced by Courtney Solomon, Stephanie Caleb and Moshe Diamant through Signature Pictures, After Dark Films and Midsummer Films, with a budget of about 10 million dollars.

On TMDB the film holds a rating of 6 out of 10 from 176 votes, a modest but not discouraging response for a low-budget genre release.
