Babylon 5: Thirdspace

Babylon 5: Thirdspace is set in 2261, as the crew of the Babylon 5 station patrols hyperspace. Commander Susan Ivanova finds a huge, apparently abandoned vessel drifting there, and it is towed back to the station for study. A team of xenoarchaeologists led by Dr. Elizabeth Trent arrives and manages to activate the object, after which the station's systems fail and its residents begin behaving violently and irrationally, their minds affected by a force from elsewhere. Captain John Sheridan, Delenn, Vir Cotto and Lyta Alexander are drawn into the crisis.

The film is a 1998 television movie directed by Jesús Salvador Treviño from a screenplay by J. Michael Straczynski, produced by John Copeland, and made by Turner Network Television with Babylonian Productions. It sits within the Babylon 5 franchise as a standalone television film rather than an episode of the series, and it reunites much of the show's regular cast, including Bruce Boxleitner, Claudia Christian, Mira Furlan, Stephen Furst and Patricia Tallman, with Shari Belafonte joining as Trent.
