Maurice and Dave sell premium cuts of meat door to door, and weeks without a single signed contract have left their manager ready to let them go. Each man needs the money for a personal reason: Maurice is trying to pay for his last semester at acupuncture school, while Dave, recently separated, wants to buy his daughter a birthday present. A striking woman named Loridonna shows real interest in their products, but just as she is about to commit, a desperate phone call from a friend pulls her away. Hoping to salvage the deal, the two salesman offer her a ride to the friend's house, and from there the situation slides into far more dangerous territory than either of them expected.

Jason Ensler directed this 2006 American production, written by William Tepper and running 83 minutes as a blend of action, comedy and drama. Ray Romano and Kevin James lead as Maurice and Dave, with Sofía Vergara, Juliette Lewis, Burt Reynolds and Ariel Winter among the 21 credited cast members. The film opened in July 2006.

Audience response has been modest: on IMDb it holds 5.2 out of 10 across roughly 6,000 votes, while on TMDB it sits at 4.9 from a much smaller base of about 83 ratings. The wide gap in vote totals between the two platforms suggests the title has circulated more widely among general viewers than among that site's regular users, and the scores themselves point to a reception well short of enthusiastic.
