When a truck carrying biological weapons crashes in a national park, the material leaks into the water at a time when a secret international summit is about to bring political and scientific delegates to the area. Ken Fairchild, a United States Secret Service agent assigned to protect the President, learns of the contamination and the danger it poses to the meeting and to the public. The corporation behind the weapon, Petrodyne Industries, has its own priorities and moves to keep the accident quiet, which puts Fairchild in conflict with powerful interests as well as with the spreading threat.

The film is a 1996 Canadian action thriller directed by Allan A. Goldstein, who had previously made Death Wish V: The Face of Death and later directed 2001: A Space Travesty, placing this in the middle of a three-film run listed for him. Brian Bosworth stars as Fairchild, with Leah Pinsent, David Fox, Daniel Kash, Eric Peterson and Stephen Markle in supporting roles. Les Standiford wrote the screenplay, and Helder Goncalves and Damian Lee produced.

At 90 minutes, it is a compact genre entry. On IMDb it holds a rating of 3.1/10 from 715 votes, and on TMDB it has a rating of 3.1/10 from 14 votes, indicating a small audience and a largely unfavorable response from those who have seen it.
