Mr. Manhattan

Mason Bradley has spent his adult life putting his legal career ahead of everything else, a choice that cost him a relationship along the way. His world is upended when he suddenly becomes the only person responsible for his late brother's children, forcing him to weigh the path he has followed so far against the demands of raising his nieces and nephews. Taking on that role brings both difficulties and rewards, and it pushes him to reconsider what he values and what he wants from the future.

Mr. Manhattan is a 2024 drama with family and romance elements, made for television and running 112 minutes. It was directed by Brian Herzlinger, whose earlier credits include Nanny Nightmare, Runaway Romance and High Holiday; this film arrived between High Holiday and two later 2024 releases, Get Him Back for Christmas and Mario Lopez Presents: Chasing Christmas. Andrea Gyertson Nasfell wrote the screenplay, Brady Nasfell produced, and the production involved 49 credited crew members. Carlos PenaVega plays Mason, with Alexa PenaVega as Dani Alvarez. Maximo Masefield, Melodie Rose Romano, Francesca Barker McCormick and Brett Rice round out the main cast as Reuben, AJ, Tish and Stonehouse.

The film holds a rating of 6.8 out of 10 on IMDb from 551 votes, while on TMDB it sits at 7.4 out of 10 from a much smaller base of 13 votes. The two figures come from audiences of very different sizes, and the larger IMDb sample points to a generally positive but not unanimous response.
